You’ll feel it when you walk in the door. We’re invested in each other’s lives and in welcoming others into our circles. 

In the Trinity, God exists in community with himself. And, being created in his image, we are likewise  created to be in fellowship and community, first with him and then with one another.  Either in small groups, conversations over coffee, etc, we believe that flourishing in this life is done in community and not in isolation.  

Ben has been involved in church planting since 2009. He and his family moved to Grand Rapids from North Carolina to pastor Gracehill in January 2020. He likes playing the banjo, baking scones, and taking walks, but not at the same time. Ben is warm, approachable, and loves inviting people into his home.

Prior to coming to Grand Rapids, Ben served as the worship and arts pastor at a church just outside Asheville. He holds degrees from Appalachian State and Virginia Tech, and received his Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Gracehill is a PCA church. We are part of a larger body of churches called the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). We stand in the tradition of the Protestant Reformation and affirm the Westminster Confession of Faith as a faithful expression of biblical teaching.
